I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to walk to various attractions. Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired—they were noisy and poorly maintained. The service was friendly but had some rough edges, and the dining options were quite lackluster. Overall, I wouldn’t say it offered great value for money given the issues I encountered.

Rooms

The rooms were facing the street, which made them extremely noisy all day and night. They were poorly maintained, with a tiny closet and nowhere comfortable to sit. The bed was painfully hard, and the bathroom was quite dirty.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be in an excellent location, right in the heart of Hanoi with everything you could want within walking distance. The staff were lovely and super helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms could use some serious updates, as they were a bit run-down and not very comfortable. Dining options were also somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it offered decent value for money, but there were definitely some drawbacks.

Rooms

The room was bright and clean, but quite small, and I found it uncomfortable with a painfully hard bed. The bathroom was also in need of better maintenance.

The location could not be better - centrally located with the old town, shops, and museums all within a short walk.
Dining

Facilities

The hotel had some facilities, but they felt a bit outdated and in need of renewal. I would have expected better amenities for the price.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and close to major attractions, the rooms left a lot to be desired, feeling basic and having a lingering humidity smell. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made my stay more pleasant. The dining options could have been better, especially at breakfast, but overall, it's decent value for money given the prime location.

The hotel has a good location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, which is a real plus if you want to explore the city. However, the room I stayed in was in poor condition, not meeting expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, but the dining options left a lot to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the location is truly the best part – right in the heart of the old quarter – the rooms left a lot to be desired. The service was fantastic; the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, the dining options could be improved, and overall, I didn’t find the room to be very well-maintained or comfortable for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had aged quite a bit since the photos, and they were not well-maintained at all. The bathroom was dirty, and I struggled with a painfully hard bed and a wardrobe that was basically a broom cupboard. Not the best experience.
Service

The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options could definitely use some improvement, and while the overall experience was good, the room decor didn't quite match the online photos.

Location
9.0
The location was excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, as it was just a short walk away from the lake and other attractions, while still being tucked away in a quiet street.
Dining

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in an excellent location, just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by shops and dining options. The rooms were generally clean, but there was an issue with a musty smell and the air quality could be improved. The service was exceptional, with staff who were friendly and spoke English, making interactions easy. Although the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, the overall value for money was decent considering the accommodations.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the old quarter and nearby shops. The service was fairly capable but felt a bit pushy with their excursion sales. The room was smaller than expected and didn't match the pictures, plus we had an unpleasant experience with the jacuzzi. Overall, the value for money is acceptable, but the condition of the facilities could use some improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, and unfortunately, it looked nothing like the photos I had seen. When I tried the jacuzzi, I was greeted by foul-smelling stagnant water, which was quite off-putting.
Service
7.0
The staff helped me organize day trips and were generally pretty capable. However, they seemed to push their own excursions a bit too much, which got a tad annoying.
Location
9.0
The location is ideal for exploring the old quarter and checking out shops, though the area is starting to feel a bit run down. It's also conveniently located near halal food options.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was better than the typical bread and egg options found in Vietnam, but it still lacked excitement. I recommend saving your appetite for something outside.
Facilities

The facilities aren’t in the best condition and feel a bit neglected. It’s a shame because the location is great, but improvements are definitely needed.
